'41 Willys Coupe Hot Rod - brand new! This 1941 Willys is brand new! Three years to build, stunning build quality, all the right bits, and superb paint and leather work. The chassis consists of a square tube frame with tubular "A" arms and rack & pinion steering, 4-link set-up in the rear, all with polished coil-overs and four-wheel power disc brakes. Body is by A&C, glass with excellent seams and gaps. Paint is show quality two-stage and subtly pined in red. Wheels are chrome American Racing mags with 14x6 in front & 15x10 in the rear, and BF Goodrich wide white wall tires: 185/70r14 in front & 285/70r15 in the rear. Power is a 355 small block with Edlebrock aluminum heads and camshaft, Edlebrock intake, Edlebrock carburetor and custom made jet hot coated headers w/ 4" Borla exhaust tips on side pipes. Output is 450 horsepower and is transferred via a modular Ford 9" rear end differential with a 3.70 final drive. Transmission is a five speed Tremec TKO. Engine bay and undercarriage are immaculate with only some 200 miles on the car. Nice bits include a Griffen aluminum radiator, Spal fan and lots of chrome. This Willy's drives wonderfully, easy to steer, shift and brakes smoothly; a real pleasure to be behind the wheel Red leather everywhere, the Willys' interior and matching trunk are absolutely superbly finished and reputably took seven months to complete at "Chuck Hanna's hot rod interiors" in North Carolina. Nice features include power windows, remote control door poppers and trunk release.
